The union was formed on December 12th 1993, and it regroups all the 4x4 enthusiasts who proudly own a Land Rover vehicle. 

The aim of the union is to organise off road trips and to establish contacts between the members especially in case of emergency. 

Another aim is developing a better level of off roading expertise and establish contacts with other foreign clubs.
